Description

A creamy and cheesy dip packed with flavor, perfect for gathering with friends and family.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the refried beans, cream cheese, half of the shredded Cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and chili powder. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
