Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned.
- Drain any excess fat, then stir in the pasta, beef broth, milk, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
