Ingredients
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into tree shapes using a template or freehand.
- In a bowl, mix together the grated cheddar cheese and diced ham.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese and ham mixture on each pastry tree.
- Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling and seal.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Place the stuffed trees on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
