Description

A delightful dessert featuring crisp apple slices drizzled with warm caramel and white chocolate, topped with crunchy pretzels and toffee pieces.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
  • 2-3 Gala apples, cored and sliced
  • 4 oz. white chocolate
  • 4 Tbsp. salted butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 heath bar, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels

Instructions

  1. Crush pretzels and chop the heath bar into small pieces. Place them in small bowls for easy access.
  2. Wash, core, and slice the apples, then add them to a large bowl. Cover with lemon juice, water, or Sprite to prevent browning.
  3. Prepare the caramel sauce by melting butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar, corn syrup, and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk until bubbly. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla extract, allowing it to cool slightly.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted.
  5. Drain the apples and pat them dry. Arrange the apple slices on a large serving plate.
  6. Drizzle the caramel sauce and melted white chocolate over the apple slices. Sprinkle the crushed pretzels and heath bar pieces on top.
  7. Serve with extra toppings on the counter for personalization.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best experience. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
