Ingredients
- 3750g (3.75kg) bags white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups (355ml) sweetened condensed milk
- orange and yellow food coloring
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper, allowing an extra inch to hang over the edges for easy lifting. Coat with a nonstick spray and place aside.
- Combine one package of white chocolate chips with 3/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring often, until fully melted. Add a few drops of yellow coloring and stir until combined.
- Pour the yellow mixture into the lined pan. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes or until firm.
- In a separate bowl, mix 8 ounces of white chocolate chips with 1/2 cup of condensed milk. Microwave until melted. Add a few drops of orange coloring and stir. Spread the orange mixture evenly over the yellow layer. Chill in the fridge until set.
- Once firm, melt the remaining chocolate chips with 1/4 cup of condensed milk. Stir until smooth and pour the white layer over the orange one. Chill until completely set. Remove using the parchment overhang and slice into squares.
Notes
- Heat white chocolate chips and condensed milk in 30-second intervals to avoid burning.
- Chill each layer until set before adding the next for well-defined layers.
- Swirl colors together with a toothpick for a marbled effect before refrigerating.
