Description

Indulge in the perfect fall treat with our delicious Candy Corn Fudge recipe. Learn how to make this festive dessert that’s sure to impress!

Ingredients

  • 3750g (3.75kg) bags white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups (355ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • orange and yellow food coloring

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper, allowing an extra inch to hang over the edges for easy lifting. Coat with a nonstick spray and place aside.
  2. Combine one package of white chocolate chips with 3/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring often, until fully melted. Add a few drops of yellow coloring and stir until combined.
  3. Pour the yellow mixture into the lined pan. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes or until firm.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix 8 ounces of white chocolate chips with 1/2 cup of condensed milk. Microwave until melted. Add a few drops of orange coloring and stir. Spread the orange mixture evenly over the yellow layer. Chill in the fridge until set.
  5. Once firm, melt the remaining chocolate chips with 1/4 cup of condensed milk. Stir until smooth and pour the white layer over the orange one. Chill until completely set. Remove using the parchment overhang and slice into squares.

Notes

  • Heat white chocolate chips and condensed milk in 30-second intervals to avoid burning.
  • Chill each layer until set before adding the next for well-defined layers.
  • Swirl colors together with a toothpick for a marbled effect before refrigerating.
