Easy and delicious cookies made from cake mix, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 box of cake mix (any flavor)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips, nuts, or sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips, nuts, or sprinkles.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a prepared cookie sheet, spacing them a couple of inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before transferring cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Chilling the dough for 30 minutes can enhance the flavor and make it easier to work with.
