Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pot.
  2. Add sliced sausage, onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until the sausage is browned and vegetables are softened.
  3. Stir in Cajun seasoning and cook for another minute.
