Description

A comforting pasta dish featuring bowtie pasta and spiced ground beef in a creamy Cajun sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Stir in Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add cream cheese and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring until the cream cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
