Ingredients
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add cream cheese and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring until the cream cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
