  • 1 pound (454 g) lean ground beef


Instructions

  1. Collect all the necessary items.
  2. In a Dutch oven or a large pot on a low flame, combine the cabbage, tomatoes with their liquid, onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; stir the mixture until it starts to simmer.
  3. Place the lean ground beef on the top; cover the pot and, stirring from time to time, allow it to cook until the cabbage is soft and the beef is fully done, which should take around 45 minutes.
