Description

Fluffy and delicious buttermilk pancakes perfect for a comforting breakfast, topped with your favorite syrup and fruits.


Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk and melted butter.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, then flip and cook until golden brown.
