Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 cup tortilla chips (optional for topping)
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and blue cheese in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and add crushed tortilla chips if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and enjoy!
Notes
For a crispy top, consider broiling for the last couple of minutes. Adjust the heat level by altering the amount of buffalo sauce.
