Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts if desired.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
For thicker cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking. Experiment with add-ins for variety.
