Description

A delightful dessert combining fluffy yellow cake, creamy vanilla pudding, and rich chocolate frosting, perfect for celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • Water, oil, and eggs (as per mix instructions)
  • 1 box of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. Prepare and bake the yellow cake according to the package instructions. Let it cool.
  2. Once the cake is cooled, use a skewer to poke holes all over the top of the cake.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding with milk until it thickens.
  4. Pour the pudding over the cake, spreading it into the holes.
  5. Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour to set the pudding.
  6. Spread the chocolate frosting over the top of the cake before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using room temperature eggs and a splash of vanilla extract in the pudding.
