Description

A vibrant and flavorful dish combining tender beef and crisp bok choy, perfect for family gatherings or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (sliced)
  • 2 cups bok choy (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Cooked rice (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir-frying for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add bok choy and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
