Ingredients
- 1 lb beef (sliced)
- 2 cups bok choy (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Cooked rice (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-frying for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add bok choy and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
