Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon chili seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons coarse kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
Instructions
- Combine all the spices and herbs in a bowl. Stir until evenly mixed.
- If necessary, remove the silver skin and dry the surface of the ribs.
- Massage the dry rub into every crevice of the ribs, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook low and slow, turning occasionally.
- Check for doneness using a meat thermometer; the ribs should reach an internal temperature of 190°F for optimal tenderness.
