Ingredients
- 4 buttery croissants
- 4 large eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Tear the buttery croissants into pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until fully combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant pieces, ensuring every piece is coated.
- Mix cream cheese with blueberries and dollop spoonfuls over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and set.
- Serve warm, optionally with blueberry sauce.
Notes
