Description

A heartwarming casserole featuring buttery croissants, cream cheese, and blueberries that can be enjoyed for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 4 buttery croissants
  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Tear the buttery croissants into pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until fully combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant pieces, ensuring every piece is coated.
  5. Mix cream cheese with blueberries and dollop spoonfuls over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and set.
