Description

Healthy and delicious blueberry cheesecake bites made with cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and packed with protein, perfect for a post-workout snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup blueberry puree (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries


Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add in the rolled oats, blueberry puree, protein powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  4. Using your hands, form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
