Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy cheesecake yogurt
- 1 cup blueberry protein powder
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cheesecake yogurt, protein powder, oats, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a tray.
- Refrigerate the bites for at least 30 minutes to set.
