Description

A delightful blueberry breakfast cake that transforms mornings into something special with its moist and fluffy texture, complemented by sweet, tangy blueberries.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
