Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef to the pan and cook until browned.
- Pour in soy sauce and add black pepper, stirring to combine and create a sauce.
- Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan, tossing to coat in the sauce and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, adjust the amount of soy sauce and black pepper to taste. Adding vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas is also recommended.
