Ingredients
- 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
- 2 tablespoons black pepper sauce
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Cooked rice (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the sliced onions and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add the green and red peppers and continue stir-frying.
- Pour in the black pepper sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Season with salt to taste, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
