Description

A flavorful stir-fry dish featuring tender slices of beef and vibrant bell peppers, enhanced with a robust black pepper sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper sauce
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooked rice (for serving)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced onions and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the green and red peppers and continue stir-frying.
  5. Pour in the black pepper sauce and mix thoroughly.
  6. Season with salt to taste, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice.
