A vibrant and satisfying stir-fry featuring juicy steak, bell peppers, and onions, all coated in a flavorful black pepper sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak, sliced into strips
- 2 tablespoons black pepper sauce
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; stir-fry for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
- Add the sliced steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Add the sliced peppers and onions, and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the black pepper sauce and soy sauce; stir well to combine.
- Cook for an additional minute, seasoning with salt to taste.
- Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
Notes
Sear the steak in batches if necessary to prevent overcrowding the pan. Adjust the sauce with crushed red pepper for added heat.
