Description

A vibrant and satisfying stir-fry featuring juicy steak, bell peppers, and onions, all coated in a flavorful black pepper sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, sliced into strips
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger; stir-fry for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Add the sliced peppers and onions, and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the black pepper sauce and soy sauce; stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional minute, seasoning with salt to taste.
  7. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.

Notes

Sear the steak in batches if necessary to prevent overcrowding the pan. Adjust the sauce with crushed red pepper for added heat.
