Ingredients
- 500 g butter
- 275 g icing sugar
- 16 g vanilla sugar

- 8 g cocoa powder
- 300 g white chocolate
- 25 g milk chocolate
- 25 g hazelnuts

- 60 g walnuts
- 300 g mixed nuts
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 90 g honey
- 125 g dates
- 8 ml orange blossom water
- 2 g ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Cream together the butter, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually add the flour and baking powder until a dough forms.
- For coconut and lemon biscuits, fold in the lemon zest, lemon cream, and shredded coconut.
- For chocolate triangles, melt the white and milk chocolate and mix with cocoa powder, hazelnuts, and rose petals.
- For walnut biscuits, combine walnuts, mixed nuts, sugar, water, and honey into the dough.
- For date biscuits, finely chop the dates with walnuts, and mix with orange blossom water and cinnamon.
- Shape the dough, bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until golden, and let cool before serving.
