Ingredients

  • 500 g butter
  • 275 g icing sugar
  • 16 g vanilla sugar
  • 0.1 g salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1200 g flour
  • 12 g baking powder
  • 5 g lemon zest
  • 125 g lemon cream
  • Shredded coconut
  • 8 g cocoa powder
  • 300 g white chocolate
  • 25 g milk chocolate
  • 25 g hazelnuts
  • Rose petals
  • 60 g walnuts
  • 300 g mixed nuts
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 90 g honey
  • 125 g dates
  • 8 ml orange blossom water
  • 2 g ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Cream together the butter, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Gradually add the flour and baking powder until a dough forms.
  4. For coconut and lemon biscuits, fold in the lemon zest, lemon cream, and shredded coconut.
  5. For chocolate triangles, melt the white and milk chocolate and mix with cocoa powder, hazelnuts, and rose petals.
  6. For walnut biscuits, combine walnuts, mixed nuts, sugar, water, and honey into the dough.
  7. For date biscuits, finely chop the dates with walnuts, and mix with orange blossom water and cinnamon.
  8. Shape the dough, bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until golden, and let cool before serving.
