Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, or spinach)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and add it to the egg mixture along with the cooked sausage and cheese. Stir in any optional vegetables if using.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
