Description

Delightful protein balls embodying the festive spirit of birthday cake, packed with creaminess and vibrant flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 scoops (about 50 g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles (plus more for rolling)
  • Optional: pinch of salt
  • Optional: splash of vanilla or almond extract

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey or maple syrup.
  2. Microwave the mixture for 20–30 seconds, then stir until smooth and well-combined.
  3. Gradually stir in the protein powder until a dough-like consistency forms, adjusting with milk or additional protein powder as needed.
  4. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles gently.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls with your hands.
  6. Roll the balls in additional sprinkles if desired.
  7. Place the rolled balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature peanut butter for easier mixing. Try adding vanilla or almond extract for more flavor.
