Ingredients
- 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 scoops (about 50 g) vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles (plus more for rolling)
- Optional: pinch of salt
- Optional: splash of vanilla or almond extract
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey or maple syrup.
- Microwave the mixture for 20–30 seconds, then stir until smooth and well-combined.
- Gradually stir in the protein powder until a dough-like consistency forms, adjusting with milk or additional protein powder as needed.
- Fold in the rainbow sprinkles gently.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls with your hands.
- Roll the balls in additional sprinkles if desired.
- Place the rolled balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature peanut butter for easier mixing. Try adding vanilla or almond extract for more flavor.
