Description

Enjoy the nostalgic flavors of a Big Mac in a fun and portable wrap. Perfect for family dinners and quick meals.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Special Sauce: In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. This sauce gives your wraps that unmistakable Big Mac flavor.
  2. Cook the Beef: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened. Then, add the lean ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Season it with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the beef is brown and no longer pink.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay a large flour tortilla flat and spread a generous amount of the special sauce over it. Add some of the cooked beef and onions, followed by lettuce and shredded cheddar cheese. For an added twang, include dill pickle slices if desired.
  4. Wrap and Serve: Roll the tortilla tightly, ensuring the fillings are secure within. Slice the wrap in half for easy handling and presentation.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, consider using black beans or lentils as a meat substitute. Serve with extra special sauce.
