Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup pickles, sliced
- ½ cup Big Mac sauce
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped iceberg lettuce, diced onions, and sliced pickles.
- Add the cooked ground beef to the salad mixture.
- Drizzle with Big Mac sauce and toss until everything is well coated.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for lunches throughout the week.
Notes
For added flavor, season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Keep the sauce separate if preparing ahead of time to prevent lettuce from wilting.
