Description

Delicious and nutritious peanut butter protein oatmeal cups, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), protein powder, milk, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
