Description

Delicious, protein-packed snack balls that combine the flavors of cookies with nutritious ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini M&Ms
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Add the protein powder and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips, mini M&Ms, and chopped nuts if using.
  4. Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls.
