Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mini M&Ms
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the protein powder and mix until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, mini M&Ms, and chopped nuts if using.
- Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Enjoy as a snack or pre-workout fuel!
Notes
Ensure your peanut butter is at room temperature for easier mixing. Adjust the mixture with more peanut butter or honey if too crumbly.
