Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ cup milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, and milk.
  3. Mix all ingredients with your hands until well blended.
