Description

A delightful layered cake featuring fresh strawberries, creamy filling, and a crunchy topping, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed strawberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granola or crushed cookies
  • 1 cup whipped topping


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping.
  4. In a serving dish, layer half of the crushed strawberries, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle half of the granola or crushed cookies on top.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
