Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed strawberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup granola or crushed cookies
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- In a serving dish, layer half of the crushed strawberries, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle half of the granola or crushed cookies on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
