Description

A simple and flavorful Beef Stir Fry featuring thinly sliced beef and vibrant mixed vegetables, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and stir everything together for another couple of minutes until well combined.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

For a spicy kick, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes when adding the soy sauce. You can also marinate the beef for added tenderness and flavor.
