Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef (sliced thinly)
  • 8 ounces noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
