Ingredients
- 1 pound beef (sliced thinly)
- 8 ounces noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
