A delightful blend of tender beef, fresh vegetables, and linguini, all coated in savory soy sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
- 8 oz linguini noodles
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the linguini noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced sirloin steak and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the mixed vegetables and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked linguini noodles to the skillet and toss until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Slice the steak against the grain for tenderness. Don’t overcrowd the pan to ensure proper searing.
