Description

A delightful blend of tender beef, fresh vegetables, and linguini, all coated in savory soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
  • 8 oz linguini noodles
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguini noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced sirloin steak and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked linguini noodles to the skillet and toss until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Slice the steak against the grain for tenderness. Don’t overcrowd the pan to ensure proper searing.
