A quick and flavorful beef stir fry featuring tender sirloin steak and crisp snow peas, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced into strips
- 2 cups snow peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch together.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add sirloin strips and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add snow peas and sauce mixture; stir well to combine.
- Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens and the snow peas are tender-crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
