Description

A quick and flavorful beef stir fry featuring tender sirloin steak and crisp snow peas, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced into strips
  • 2 cups snow peas
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch together.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add sirloin strips and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add snow peas and sauce mixture; stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens and the snow peas are tender-crisp.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
