Description

Juicy marinated sirloin steak cubes grilled with colorful vegetables, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cut the sirloin steak into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  3. Add the steak cubes to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated steak, onion, and bell peppers onto skewers.
  6. Grill the kabobs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the meat is cooked to your preference.

Notes
