Description

A vibrant and flavorful beef ramen noodles stir fry packed with tender beef, fresh vegetables, and a rich hoisin-peanut sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz ramen noodles
  • 1 lb beef (sirloin or flank steak), sliced thinly
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Set the sauce aside.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  5. Toss in the garlic and ginger, stirring for an additional minute.
  6. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
  8. Add the cooked ramen noodles and toss everything together until heated through.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve hot.

Notes

For added heat, consider drizzling with chili sauce before serving.
