A vibrant and flavorful beef ramen noodles stir fry packed with tender beef, fresh vegetables, and a rich hoisin-peanut sauce.
Ingredients
- 8 oz ramen noodles
- 1 lb beef (sirloin or flank steak), sliced thinly
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Set the sauce aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Toss in the garlic and ginger, stirring for an additional minute.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles and toss everything together until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve hot.
Notes
For added heat, consider drizzling with chili sauce before serving.
