Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add minced garlic and mixed vegetables, stirring until veggies are tender.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well.
- Add the cooked noodles, tossing to combine everything thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
