Description

Ingredients

  • Lo Mein Noodles (8 oz)
  • Beef Sirloin (1 lb, thinly sliced)
  • Mixed Vegetables (2 cups: bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
  • Soy Sauce (1/4 cup)
  • Oyster Sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Sesame Oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Vegetable Oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Green Onions (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Add minced garlic and mixed vegetables, stirring until veggies are tender.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well.
