Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring tender beef, chewy rice noodles, and vibrant vegetables, perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 8 oz beef, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes or until softened, then drain.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil, then add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  5. Add the bean sprouts and cooked rice noodles, then pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
  6. Add the cooked beef back to the pan, mixing thoroughly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce for 15-20 minutes before cooking. Adding vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas can enhance both texture and nutrition.
