A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring tender beef, chewy rice noodles, and vibrant vegetables, perfect for sharing with family and friends.
Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 8 oz beef, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes or until softened, then drain.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil, then add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the bean sprouts and cooked rice noodles, then pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked beef back to the pan, mixing thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce for 15-20 minutes before cooking. Adding vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas can enhance both texture and nutrition.
