Delicious beef and cheese tacos baked to perfection with customizable toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 12 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 can refried beans (optional)
- Toppings: lettuce, tomato, sour cream, salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and prepare according to packet instructions.
- If using, spread a layer of refried beans in the taco shells.
- Fill each taco shell with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Place the filled taco shells on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings before serving.
