Description

Delicious beef and cheese tacos baked to perfection with customizable toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 can refried beans (optional)
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomato, sour cream, salsa


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and prepare according to packet instructions.
  4. If using, spread a layer of refried beans in the taco shells.
  5. Fill each taco shell with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Place the filled taco shells on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings before serving.
