Description

A quick and satisfying stir fry that combines the richness of ground beef with the freshness of cabbage, enhanced by garlic and ginger.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups chopped cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Incorporate the ground beef, cooking until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Stir in the chopped cabbage and soy sauce. Cook until the cabbage is wilted and tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Adjust the soy sauce and garlic/ginger ratios to suit your preference. Consider adding chili flakes for spice or additional veggies for variety.
