Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups chopped cabbage
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Incorporate the ground beef, cooking until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and soy sauce. Cook until the cabbage is wilted and tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Adjust the soy sauce and garlic/ginger ratios to suit your preference. Consider adding chili flakes for spice or additional veggies for variety.
