- 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice (for serving)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the beef with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook until browned, ensuring even cooking throughout.
- Incorporate the broccoli and a splash of water, cover, and steam for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
- Season to your liking with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
