A quick and flavorful dish combining tender stir fry beef and vibrant broccoli, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb stir fry beef
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and broccoli; stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
For a kick of heat, consider adding red pepper flakes. To enhance crunch, toss in bell peppers or carrots.
