Description

A vibrant dish combining shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, and a zesty bang bang sauce for a simple yet flavor-packed meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 3 tablespoons bang bang sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  3. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan, and add the beaten eggs to the other side, scrambling them until fully cooked.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken and cooked rice, mixing everything together.
  5. Add the soy sauce and bang bang sauce, stirring well to combine.
  6. Cook until heated through, then garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Use cold, leftover rice for better texture. Customize vegetables based on preference.
