Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown packed sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Smash your bananas in a large bowl.
- Add oil, sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, and vanilla, then mix well.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
- Mix in your walnuts and place the mixture in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
