A nutritious twist on the classic banana pudding, this Greek yogurt bowl combines creamy yogurt, vanilla protein, and ripe bananas for a deliciously healthy snack or breakfast.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (175g) 0% Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop (40g) vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 banana (140g)
- 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs (8g from 1 graham cracker)
Instructions
- Stir together the Greek yogurt, protein powder, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until homogenous.
- Add half of the banana to the bowl and mash it in until thoroughly combined.
- Slice the other half of the banana into round slices.
- Stir most of the banana slices in, leaving some to top with.
- Crumble the graham cracker and sprinkle the crumbs into the bowl.
- Top with extra banana slices and graham crumbs. Enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker consistency, use thicker Greek yogurt or fold in whipped cream. Experiment with spices like cinnamon for extra flavor.
