Ingredients
- – 2 lb (900g) strawberries, hulled and sliced
- – 1 pint (473ml) blueberries
- – 8 ounces (227g) feta cheese pearls, drained
- – handful of fresh basil chiffonade
- – 2 tablespoon (30 ml) honey
- – 2 tablespoon (30 ml) balsamic vinegar
- – ¼ cup (60ml) olive oil
- – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt
- – 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare by washing, removing the tops, and slicing the strawberries. Drain the feta cheese pearls. Cut the basil into thin strips.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well blended.
- In a large bowl, mix the strawberries, blueberries, feta cheese pearls, and basil.
- Drizzle the dressing over the mixture and gently toss to coat evenly. Allow the dish to rest for 15 minutes before serving.

- Try using balsamic glaze for a tangier taste in the dressing.
