- 4 large skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
Instructions
- Combine the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic in a baking dish suitable for the oven; add salt and freshly ground pepper to enhance the flavor. Submerge the chicken breasts in this mixture.
