Deliciously fluffy bakery-style chocolate chip muffins that are perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Enjoy!

For added variations, mix different types of chocolate chips or fold in nuts and dried fruits.
