Description

A comforting baked penne dish featuring penne pasta, creamy cheeses, and rich spaghetti sauce, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. In a large baking dish, layer half of the cooked penne pasta, half of the spaghetti sauce, and half of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat the layers.
